Terms and conditions

When payment completes, your seat is confirmed with the vessel and a voucher is emailed to you. There is no later confirmation step: if the payment is approved, the seat is yours.

You must be at the pier by the check-in time shown on your voucher, with your ID. The vessel departs on time and does not wait: if you are late or miss the departure, the ticket is not refunded.

The Ecuadorian Navy requires a passenger list for every departure. The names, nationalities and document numbers you provide are used for that manifest and must match the ID you present when boarding.

Inter-island sea transport is exempt from IVA. The water taxi out to the vessel, and local arrival fees where they exist, are not included and are paid at the pier.

Moving organic material between islands is prohibited. The Ministry of Environment inspects luggage before boarding and may remove items that are not permitted.

The crossing is operated by the registered vessel you selected, not by this site. We sell the ticket and issue the voucher.
